CHINESE FRIED RICE | |
1 c. regular long grain rice or 3 c. cold, cooked rice 6 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 8 oz. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 3 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. salad oil About 2 1/2 hours before serving, prepare the rice according to label directions. Refrigerate until well chilled. Beat eggs and salt slightly. In 12" skillet over high heat, heat 3 tablespoons oil until very hot. Pour into egg mixture. |
