GAZPACHO (A CHILLED SUMMER SOUP) 
6 ripe tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 med. cucumber (seeded and chopped)
1/2 sm. onion (finely chopped)
1/2 green pepper (finely chopped)
3 c. V8 juice
1/4 c. olive oil (or salad oil)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Few drops Tabasco

Combine ingredients, chill. Adjust amount of V8 to taste.
