BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Thaw broccoli in bowl; squeeze most of juice out. In a large bowl mix onion and butter; mix well. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Pour into a well greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
