BREAKFAST SOUFFLE | |
6 slices bread, cubed 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. ham, cubed or sausage, browned 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded Pour butter and dry mustard over bread. Then layer in greased 9x13 inch pan the above ingredients in given order. Then mix together 3 beaten eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 2 cups milk. Pour over ingredients in the 9x13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes. |
