MOCHA CAKES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. butter
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs lightly, add sugar and beat again. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat last. Add hot milk in which butter has been added, beat again. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 lb. powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp. milk

Mix butter and powdered sugar; add milk. Cut cake into squares. Cover all sides with frosting and roll in ground peanuts.
