CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 sq. bitter sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
Frozen pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter with electric mixer. Beat in sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into pie crust. Bake 1/2 hour or until set.
