OATMEAL-FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.

Mix sugar, 3/4 cup butter, the eggs, and vanilla. Mix in baking mix and oats; set aside.

Heat chips, milk, and 2 tablespoons butter in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Press about 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture in pan with greased hands. Spread chocolate mixture over oatmeal layer. Spread remaining oatmeal mixture over the chocolate layer using a teaspoon.

Bake until light brown, about 30 minutes. Cool completely; cut into bars, about 2 x 1 inch. Approximately 48 cookies.
