3 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. salad oil
2-3 different kinds of leaf lettuce
Cherry tomatoes or tomato wedges
Croutons
Red onion slices

Combine first 7 ingredients in bottom of a large salad bowl (or shaker jar). Taste for additional garlic or dry mustard. It should be spicy. Place lettuce and onions on top of mixture. When ready to serve, put in tomatoes and croutons and toss. This recipe can be prepared the day before.
