CALAZONE 
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, grated
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 can sliced olives
1 lb. hamburger, cooked (best with 1/2 sausage)
2 loaves bread dough

SAUCE:

2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
Add oregano, basil & chili powder to taste (in same order, most to least)

Mix together ingredients for sauce to develop flavor.

Mix together cheeses, mushrooms, olives, onions and meat. Roll out bread dough to approximately 6-8 inch round circles. Fill with meat mixture and crimp edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until inside bubbles and crust is brown. Put sauce over each calazone as you serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or leftover cheese. Serves 6 plus.
