JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can cream-style corn
1/2 c. Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. corn oil

Sift first three ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat slightly. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until done.
