IDAHO CHICKEN CHEESE ROLLS 
3 lg. boned & split chicken breasts
8 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives
2 tbsp. butter
6 slices bacon

Place split breast between wax paper and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread each with 3 tablespoons cream cheese. Dot with a little butter. Roll up and fold ends over. Wrap a slice of bacon around each roll. Place seam down in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear when meat is pierced. Broil for about 5 minutes until bacon is crisped.
