CHEESY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned and salted
4 slices American cheese (or more)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. croutons
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with cheese. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken and cheese. Cover with croutons and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
