POSSUM PIE | |
3 egg whites 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1 c. nuts 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Cool Whip or whipped cream Butter pie pan. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and baking powder gradually, beat all stiff then fold in nuts and cracker crumbs. Put in center of pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cook and put Cool Whip or whipped cream on top. |
