LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate (do not dilute)

(Set aside 1 tablespoon of lemon concentrate for the frosting glaze.)

Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Put frosting glaze on cookies.

FROSTING:

Powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon concentrate
Water

(Frosting should appear as a glaze.)
