CHUSTICKI (POLISH BOW TIES) 
5 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. sour cream
5 tbsp. rum
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together to form dough. Work dough until it gets small air bubbles in it. Roll out dough thin and cut into medium sized rectangles. Put a slit down the middle and pull end through. Fry in deep fat until air bubbles form and they start to change color. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
