LEE ANN CHIN SALAD | |
1 head Napa cabbage, shredded 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken up 1/2 c. sesame seeds 3 oz. slivered almonds 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. vinegar Shred cabbage. Lightly brown noodles and almonds in small amount of butter. Add sesame seeds when slightly turned brown (sesame seeds brown fast). Mix soy sauce, oil and vinegar in shaker and add to noodle mixture and cabbage when ready to serve. Serves 6-8. |
