FANNIE MAY FUDGE 
2 sticks butter
4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
25 lg. marshmallows, cut up
12 oz. chocolate chips
13 oz. Hershey bar, grated
1 c. nuts

Melt butter and sugar. Stir. Add milk and stir until fairly warm (not hot). Add marshmallows and bring to a slight boil. Add chocolate chips and chocolate. Add nuts and stir. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares when set.
