ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients in bowl and beat 4 minutes on medium. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 12 cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
