TUNA PATTIES | |
1/3 c. milk 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 c. Stove Top (chicken flavor stuffing mix) 2 (6 1/8 oz.) solid white tuna, drained and flaked 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk Paprika Combine 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup soup and eggs. Mix well. Add stuffing mix and tuna. Mix lightly. Shape into 4 to 6 patties. Heat butter in large skillet and brown patties on both sides until golden. Heat remaining soup and 1/2 cup milk in small saucepan. Serve as a sauce over patties. Sprinkle with paprika. |
