MAGIC BARS 
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. regular butter
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Measure corn flake crumbs, sugar, butter into 9x13x2 inch baking pan; mix thoroughly. With back of spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over crust. Scatter chocolate chips over walnuts. Sprinkle coconut evenly over chocolate chips. Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over coconut. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool. Cut into bars.
