MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen or canned mixed vegetables (if frozen, cook first)
1 med. onion, diced
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs or 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix and put in a buttered casserole dish. Mix together 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs or the dressing mix and 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
