FROSTED SALAD 
2 box lemon jello, small
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain, reserve juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 7-Up. Chill in 9 x 12 glass mold until the consistency of heavy corn syrup. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill until firm. Combine sugar, flour, 1 cup pineapple juice and egg in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, add butter and cool. Add cream cheese to mixture. Whip cream until stiff, fold into cheese mixture and spread over jello. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
