2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
9 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1 banana
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend together all ingredients. Pour in foil muffin papers. Freeze. Serve on lettuce leaves.
