PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. cooked corkscrew noodles
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 lb. Swiss cheese, diced
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 lg. bunch Romaine lettuce, torn

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix and shake in a jar. Toss with salad; sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Before serving, add 2 cups croutons; toss again.
