LAMB PATTIES 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground lamb
1/2 c. chopped onion and garlic
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Parsley, pepper, garlic

In fry pan, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil - saute onion and garlic - mix into lamb and add remaining ingredients. Mix well - dip patties in flour and lightly brown on each side. Place patties in shallow baking pan.

In fry pan some oil, butter, chopped onion, chopped parsley - saute. Add about 2 cups chicken stock, 1/2 cup wine - simmer 5 minutes. Pour over patties. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Check patties in 1 hour. Turn on other side.
