ANGEL FLUFF BARS | |
2 sticks butter 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate bits 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 pkg. (10 oz. pkg.) miniature marshmallows (for holiday season - colored marshmallows are good) 1 c. chopped nuts 4 oz. coconut (optional) Melt butter and chocolate bits. Cool 5 minutes. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add marshmallows and nuts. Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of 4 ounce package of coconut on bottom. Press down (use of coconut optional). Pour mixture and spread evenly. Cover the top with the remaining coconut and press down. Chill 1 1/2 hours. |
