PASTA WITH HAM AND ASPARAGUS 
1 (16 oz.) can asparagus
12 oz. med. noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. butter
1 to 2 tbsp. minced basil
2 lbs. ham
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. olive oil
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cook noodles according to directions omitting salt and drain well. Place in large bowl and keep warm. Saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Pour over hot pasta. Add cheese and remaining ingredients tossing until pasta is coated and butter is melted. Layer half of noodles in lasagna type pan or dish. Cut ham in small pieces and asparagus layer on noodles then cover with remaining noodles. Top with sliced Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. 6 servings.
