MOLDED SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded raw carrots
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish, drained

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain well and set aside. In a large bowl dissolve lime Jello in hot water. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Quick chill lime mixture in freezing compartment of refrigerator until firm near edge of bowl but soft in the center. Remove from freezing compartment; whip with rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in cooled macaroni, vegetables and tuna fish. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill. Unmold and garnish with salad greens. 4 to 6 servings.
