PORK CHOPS 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (28 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onions
Mrs. Dash (original blend) to taste

Brown pork chops and season in lightly oiled skillet. Set aside. Break up defrosted hash browns in large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, leaving 1/2 cup each, cheese and fried onions; set aside.

Mix together well and spoon into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. (Makes great microwave "leftovers"!)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
