MICROWAVE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 yellow cake mix
2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pineapple rings
Water

In microwave cake dish melt butter. Add brown sugar; mix. Spread evenly over bottom of pan. Lay pineapple over bottom; cover evenly. Mix cake mix; use pineapple juice for mix instead of water. Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid. Mix cake batter. Pour over pineapple and brown sugar. Microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
