SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
2 lb. bag sauerkraut
1 green mango, chopped fine
1 red mango, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Less than 1/2 c. white vinegar
Less than 1 c. butter flavored oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Drain 2 pounds bag sauerkraut. Add mangos, onion, vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seed. Mix together. Pack and let stand for 48 hours. Excellent for parties and picnics.
