3 lbs. ground beef 2 cans kidney beans 2 cans tomatoes 3 cans corn (2 creamed, 1 niblets) 2 tsp. salt 1 bottle catsup 1 lg. bell pepper, chopped 2/3 c. lg. onions, chopped 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. pepper Brown ground beef until light in color. Brown onions and pepper until color changes. Drain beef after it is cooked. Combine beef, pepper and onions with kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, (mash tomatoes a little while adding) catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook a long time over low heat. Good to freeze or place in refrigerator. Always heat slowly and stir. |
