1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice (yellow can)
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free Jello brand pistachio flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip, whipped topping
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl. Add the mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and nuts, spoon into dessert dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
