HEAVENLY HASH 
2 c. cold, cooked rice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/3 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Maraschino cherries

Combine rice, marshmallows, pineapple, and walnuts. Whip the cream, adding sugar and vanilla. Fold in rice mixture, chill, and garnish with cherries.
