PHEASANT WITH WILD RICE 
2 whole pheasants
2 c. water
Salt as desired
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice

Put pheasants in large pot on top of stove; add water and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Skim and add soups. Continue cooking until tender.

Cook rice as directed on package. Rice will be dry and fluffy. Take bird from pot and cool slightly. Add 4 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken broth. Add 1 cup thickened broth to rice and stir to mix.

Pull meat from bone and place on platter. Pour rice around meat. Pour rest of broth over meat and serve.
