BEST BROWNIES 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs; mix well using a spoon. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture. Spread into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brownies pull away from edge of pan. Cool completely in pan. Frost with creamy brownie frosting. Cut into squares.

CREAMY BROWNIE FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. light corn syrup (or honey)
1-2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, cocoa, syrup and vanilla in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add confectioners'' sugar and milk; beat until thick.
