4 c. Oreo crumbs
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream approximately, slightly softened
1 can evaporated milk
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Press the Oreo crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill. Spread softened ice cream over crumbs. Freeze until hard. Cook remaining ingredients until thickened. Cool slightly. Spread over ice cream. Freeze.
