2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. safflower oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrot
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Walnuts

Mix cake ingredients together; pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle nuts over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean. Cool.

FROSTING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lb. 10X sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together frosting ingredients and spread on cake.
