KAHLUA MOUSSE 
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Taster's Choice
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. instant chocolate pudding
1 box Pepperidge Farm pirouette cookies

Whip cream in bowl. When it begins to peak, mix in sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Set aside 3/4 cup for garnish. Mix Taster's choice and cocoa in 2 tablespoons hot water; blend into remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle pudding into cream as you're beating it. Beat until stiff. Place in dessert bowls; garnish with whipped cream and pirouette cookies.
