BUTTER TARTS | |
1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 eggs 1 c. raisins 1/2 tsp. vanilla Pie pastry to line tart tins Cream the butter; add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, well beaten, raisins and vanilla. Line tart tins with pastry. Fill with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen medium sized tarts. |
