PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. raw honey (cotton)
1/4 c. unsulphered molasses
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), melted
1/8 c. Canola oil
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter (unsalted) natural with no additives
1 egg
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (use less and replace with white flour if family
not use to whole wheat yet)
1/4 c. white flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Fork

Mix honey, molasses, butter, oil, peanut butter and egg together. Add flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until mixed in well. The cookie dough will be very moist. Do not add more flour. Do next steps by the sink. Use slightly running tap water to wet hands. Using a soup spoon get a ball of dough into hands. Roll a couple of times in hand then put on cookie sheet. After cookie sheet is filled with balls, take fork and dip it in bowl of water. Press criss-cross across each cookie replacing fork in water bowl after each cookie. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees or less if balls were small.
