VELVET SALAD 
8 oz. sour cream
1 lg. tub of Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 box orange Jell-O
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix dry Jell-O, pineapple, sour cream, Cool Whip and nuts. Stir well. Chill in dish before serving.
