PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
8 oz. butter, softened 10 oz. peanut butter 16 oz. powdered sugar 14 oz. graham cracker crumbs 12 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips Mix above ingredients, except chocolate chips and pat into 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, and pour over graham cracker mixture. Chill 15-25 minutes in refrigerator, remove and cut into squares. Place back in refrigerator and leave overnight. It is very important to cut the cookies before letting them chill overnight. |
