POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. plain, frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Thaw potatoes. Mix with rest of ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
