1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs

Mix the above ingredients with mixer for 3 minutes. Bake 3 or 4 layers 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

ICING:

1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix dry lemon pudding and pineapple. Then fold into Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
