SPICED CRANBERRY TEA 
6 inch stick cinnamon, broken
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 qt. apple cider
Lemon slices
3 c. strong tea
1 (12 oz.) can frozen cranberry raspberry juice concentrate
Fruit flavored striped candy sticks

For spice bag place cinnamon and cloves in the center of a 6-inch piece of 100% cheese cloth. Bring corners together and tie with string; set aside. In 4- quart Dutch oven combine water and sugar; heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Add spice bag, cider, tea, and juice; heat thoroughly.

Remove and discard spice bag. Pour into heat-proof punch bowl. Add lemon slices. Ladle into mugs and serve hot with candy. Makes 16-18.
