SWEET PEPPER - CHICKEN SAUTE 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast (skinned)
1/2 tsp. creole seasoning
1 med. size sweet yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 med. size sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 med. size green pepper, cut into strips
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cut chicken into thin strips. Sprinkle with creole seasoning; set aside. Saute chicken and peppers in butter in a heavy skillet 10-12 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce. May use steak, beef, shrimp also.
