JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 c. self-rising cornmeal

Mix all ingredients together; however, save a little cheese to sprinkle on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
