LEMON CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. BLAIR lemon pie filling mix
3 1/3 c. milk
4 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 15 inch pan or 2 (9 inch) square pans. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beat until fluffy. Add flavoring, baking powder, salt and pie mix, mix well. Then mix in milk and flour. Pour into pans and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and frost with Lemon Frosting.

LEMON FROSTING:

Cut 1 stick butter into 1 box confectioners' sugar. Add 2/3 teaspoon Blair lemon flavoring and 2/3 tablespoon milk. Beat until smooth, adding more milk if needed to get desired consistency.
