BAR - B - Q BRISKET 
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Put brisket or chicken or pork roast in heavy foil. Spread with first 5 ingredients. Seal tight and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 7 hours. One hour before done, open and pour next 3 ingredients.
